Description:	Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course Instructor (AFCIOC) Harding Security Associates was established in March 2003 to provide Strategic Security Solutions to U.S. Government agencies in the Intelligence and Defense communities. Today HSA comprises a professional staff with substantial experience in personnel/document/physical security, homeland security, counterintelligence, human intelligence, measurement and signature intelligence, biometrics, research and technology protection, critical infrastructure protection and force protection. Our mission is to provide subject matter expertise and strategic security solutions for our country's most sensitive national security agencies. Our support includes security specialists, intelligence analysts, counterintelligence professionals, forensic professionals and senior program advisors. We provide successful implementation of practical and affordable security, counterterrorism and homeland security strategies. Job Description: We are actively seeking seasoned Counterintelligence Professionals to provide instruction to the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) in support of the Counterintelligence Operations Course. Our instructors perform a vital role in support of the Counterintelligence Community, training DoD personnel (special agents) in the fundamentals of planning and conducting Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO). Additionally, personnel will instruct in the structure and targeting of Foreign Intelligence and Security Services (FISS). Responsibilities of this highly visible role will have our Instructors responsible for functions such as but not limited to; Course Development, curriculum development, student evaluations and course critiques. Knowledge of in-residence, mobile training, and distance learning via a learning management system (LMS) highly desirable. Qualifications: Candidates must be certified Offensive CI Operations (OFCO) case officers with field experience. Prior graduates of the JCITA Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Course, the Field Tradecraft Course, or the Air Force Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC) will be considered for this position.
Requirements:	Our ideal candidate will be have: Five years experience in Offensive Counterintelligence Operations Knowledge of Operational cycle Bilateral Operations Surveillance Detection And must have the following: Candidate must possess a Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Knowledge in technical, polygraph, and psychology to support CI operations, report writing, and Portico.
